Take control of Your Mind
Transform Your Reality

"I challenge you to break old patterns, learn new ways of thinking, and master everyday life with ease and joy. My philosophy is built upon the timeless wisdom of our greatest thinkers." - JLe / Jon Leira

Intro

Your Life is a journey – just like mine. Our mental «Reality» is often defined by the ones surrounding us. Seeking the best life possible – I believe in learning from some of the wisest people that have walked on this planet.

On this site I transform deep understanding into simple mental tools that can help you master everyday life’s challenges. And the most important message is that there is no true Reality. You are the true owner and creator of your reality. Invest time and energy in your own growth as a human – it will be the most rewarding thing you ever do.

My biggest passion as a Philosopher is to help people gain as much Love in life as possible. This is the major key to true Happiness and Inner Peace. Dive into my Philosophy-Baby: ToBeLove.Rocks.

To get a taste of the philosophers I base my reflections upon; feel free to explore Golden Nuggets of Wisdom. This is my collection of giants’ phrases that tells a lot in few words. It is interesting to see that the big philosophers think mainly the same way.

My Themes

Your brain is so advanced that it is challenging to operate with full control. Are you the programmer or just a passenger? Below, we explore 6 foundational pillars designed to help you transform your brain into a powerful servant, and unlock life’s absolute potential.

Your thoughts define your entire reality. Life can change from hell to heaven with just one single thought. Learn how to break free, grow, and build a playground instead of a prison.

Most people waste vital time and energy trapped in the past or chasing the future. What does it truly mean to inhabit the present – and how can you take absolute charge of it?

Fear is your worst enemy; belief is your greatest ally. Evolve your ability to focus wisely, master how to dissolve fear, and unlock true conviction.

Energy work is a profound tool to reshape your reality, manage your internal battery, build healthy boundaries, and tap into your inner intuition…

You always have a choice: Do you want suffering in your life (or not)? There are several highly effective ways to transcend suffering and genuinely enjoy reality.

Everything changes constantly – including your perception of what is real. It is time to take charge, look beyond the surface, and align your life with what matters on a deeper level.

Mind Your Thoughts

When I was a child – I learned the power of praying. After I stopped being religious; I kept praying, and experienced that the prayers kept working just as well. The more you think about something – the more likely it is to come into your life.

Everyone has heard the expression “Belief can move mountains”. I have seen documentary of a pilot that crashed with 6 smashed spine-bones. Doctors said there was no chance to recover – and that he was linked to the wheelchair forever. He refused to accept, and told himself he was going to walk out of there in three months’ time. He visualized the bones growing back to perfect form (many hours every day). His bones recovered and he walked out as planned. Impressive story that should inspire life’s possibilities!

A snapshot from everyday life

You and a friend have planned a fun night out, and you’ve been looking forward to it all week. Just as you arrive at the pub, you get a text: “Can’t make it tonight.” No explanation, no further info.

What happens next inside your mind? Automatically, your brain might start spinning a negative web: Is he disrespecting my time? Am I not likeable? Within seconds, a simple text message might ruin your mood and turn your evening into misery.

This is the exact moment where you must stop being a passenger and open your mind to a deeper truth: What if this cancellation isn’t a disappointment, but a gift wrapped in a challenge? It is all a matter of perspective.

After looking around you may start talking to a stranger that becomes a close new friend, or you buy flowers and candles and surprise your partner with a magic evening at home.

You create your own thoughts. Do you want Misery or Prosperity?

We are born with a brain so advanced that it sometimes can be challenging to navigate it wisely. Some get drawn into anxiety, jealousness, hate and self pity. No animal ever does this. We need to learn to use our computer.

In the Military I learned to Think before I Speak. To master your own thinking – you need to Reflect before you Think. Your level of understanding, and your level of mindfulness in the heat of the moment – can help you choose wisely.

Your way of thinking will soon become your reality and your auto-response. This is like learning to ride a bike. In the beginning it might be tricky, and you will fall a few times. Suddenly you master it and feel free.

If you manage to meet every moment without any expectation – and only seek meaning, growth and joy – you will have a wonderful life no matter what happens.

“To create positive thoughts is easy. To convert auto-negative response into constructive positive thoughts - is the Magic Trick”

How to Reflect?

  • Observe the reality: What is actually happening outside of your body? Avoid judging, and try to understand and accept.

  • Choose your response: What is the most constructive way you are able to respond inside?

  • Apply wisdom: There are many strategies to make yourself able to choose wisely. The most powerful approach is to accept that all humans do their best. Accept and appreciate their level (even if they offend or hurt you).

  • Find the seed: It is always possible to find meaning and purpose. Hard times are always seeds for personal growth.

If you feel like changing your way of thinking

Breaking free from bad habits of automatic, negative thinking isn’t done overnight. If you want a dedicated partner to help you implement these tools and actively design your new reality, let’s have a conversation.

Belief vs Fear

Knowing where you want to go in life is step one. Step two is mastering Belief and Fear.

My mother taught me to control the weather with belief and no fear. She even showed me how to master our 14 cows so they would only give birth to bull calves the same year, simply because she only wanted bulls that year! The next year she wanted heifers, and 13 out of 14 calves were female!

I remember my first skydive—sitting in the open door on the side of the plane, getting ready to jump. Parts of my brain were screaming that this was crazy and dangerous. But I analyzed the situation and told myself that there are fewer accidents in skydiving than in traffic, which helped my brain accept the jump. Falling through the clouds at 350 km/h, I learned to position my body to fly in the desired direction. I was told to only look where I wanted to go, and I quickly learned that looking in the wrong direction was a bad idea.

Many great thinkers have concluded that fear is something people create in their own minds regarding the future, and that this self-made creation reduces your joy and limits your possibilities. Fear can be detected, reduced, and replaced with belief. If you master this process, you can achieve anything you want.

A snapshot from everyday life

You have another night out on the town with friends, and you notice someone who attracts you sexually. This person is so good-looking that you feel they are completely out of your league. You want to approach them, but a fear inside stops you from doing it: the fear of being rejected in public.

You know what you want, but you also know what you don’t want. What do you choose? What is the worst thing that can happen, and what is the best thing that might happen? Is it worth a shot? Is fear a real problem, or is it just self-made sabotage?

Starving Your Fear, Feeding Your Belief

Reality boils down to what you choose to believe. If you believe 100 percent that you will be able to jump across a river, you will succeed. If you believe 100 percent that you will fail at jumping that same river, you will fail. The challenge is to move away from fear and build as much belief as possible.

The first step is to accept the fact that fear is a psychological trap created in your own brain. Most great thinkers conclude that the best way to fight it is to explore it. What is the worst thing that might happen? What is the likelihood of things going wrong? Often, the consequences are small, and the likelihood is very low.

The next step is to build confidence. Ski-jumping is a good example. Every jumper starts on a small hill and makes sure they master fear and belief there before moving on to bigger and bigger jumps. In the end, they fly more than 200 meters without fear. The more skills and experience you acquire in life, the better you will do at anything.

There is one important trick to master: Focus on what you want, and do not focus on what you do not want. Some people choose to spend their time thinking about what they don’t want to happen. Even if they mean well—like wanting to get rich—they spend their time thinking, «I don’t want to be poor.» Your brain does not understand the word «NOT.» Your brain and energy focus only on the word «poor,» and because you are thinking about poverty, things will happen that prevent you from getting rich. Keep your slate clean and think only about what you want.

Belief vs Fear has been a major topic among great thinkers since Marcus Aurelius nearly 2000 years ago. Most thinkers claim that a passive lifestyle promotes fear, while an active lifestyle—where you simply start working toward your goals—defeats fear. Once you start seeing possibilities, you gain confidence, and growing your belief results in increased energy and focus.

If you fully realize that fear is a waste of time and energy, you will choose to give everything your best shot. By building confidence and using Belief as your ally, you will most likely succeed.

“Realize that fear is a self-made terrorist that you can kill”

How to Reflect?

  • Get to know your fear: Is it only scary because it is new or unknown territory? Analyze the risk: Realistically map out the worst-case scenario. You will almost always find that the real-world consequences are minimal and manageable.

  • Prepare yourself: Search for knowledge and skills on how to handle your challenge before you give it a go.

  • Take small steps: If possible, practice the same challenge in smaller steps first to build your belief.

  • Stay focused on the endgame: This often makes life assist you with unexpected help.

Ready to trade Fear for Belief?

Reducing Fear and increasing Belief requires rewiring your brain and learning new habits. If you want to work on these topics, let’s have a conversation.

Pure Joy

Our brain has a major error that we are born with. We let the past reduce and sometimes even destroy our present moment.

I have been through two divorces—both with women who I truly thought cared, and who told me for many years that they loved me. They both suddenly left without any believable reason, and this hurts and makes your mind feel quite down. After I found my second wife, my first ex-wife moved to another part of the country, and I never saw my beloved daughter again. We had always been very close, so this was a really hard blow. I didn’t break, but my energy was very low for some time. You start wondering if true care even exists.

Tough times made me join a group of mindful people sharing wisdom and philosophy. At the first meeting, I asked the leader what the major message was from the philosopher Tolle, and his answer blew my mind. He said, “All negative thoughts are a waste of time and energy.” I immediately understood the depth of this, and remember how stunned I was that no one had ever told me this simple truth in school or elsewhere in life. I have always been a happy and positive person, but sometimes thoughts of suffering have entered my mind. I used to get easily frustrated if things moved slowly or if I had to deal with difficult people, and I found myself judging others, especially those who hurt me.

As soon as I turned on my analyzer and decided to stop every negative thought, I felt a steep decline in negative thinking within the first three weeks—down to about 20 percent compared to my past. And it has kept declining. Today, there is almost nothing left. I found solutions and strategies to replace negative thoughts with positive understanding—and it works.

I now believe that my losses in life happened to give me these deep insights and elevate my life as a whole. It brought me and my foster son close, building a true father/son relationship, and I have let him take over my ranch. I know he and I will be there for each other forever. Having him run the ranch has allowed me to start a magical new life in Thailand. I also believe that my daughter will awaken as an adult and get the same benefits of higher consciousness, and that our relationship will be even stronger than ever. By interpreting the past in a different way, you can find reasons to enjoy every moment.

A snapshot from everyday life

You are having a quiet Sunday morning, enjoying a cup of tea. The sun is shining, and everything is objectively fine. You are looking forward to a game of badminton with your friend in one hour. Then, out of nowhere, a memory flashes through your mind. It’s a memory of a past betrayal.

Within seconds, your body tightens. Your mood drops, anger fills your chest, and your brain starts spinning a web of bitter questions: «Why did they do that to me? How could they be so cruel? My life would be so much better if that never happened.»

The coffee is still warm, and the sun is still shining, but your present moment is severly deminished. The person who hurt you isn’t in the room—your own thoughts are doing the hurting. You are letting the ghost of the past drag you down into suffering.

But maybe that betrayal made something new and better come into your life, including more wisdom and higher perspectives? You can choose to focus on the interpretation that gives you energi, enjoy your tea, and go playing with your friend with a happy mind.

Upgrading the Software of Your Mind

Do you ever feel down due to events in the past? Or do you ever produce negative thoughts as you go along? Humanity has for centuries searched for ways of reducing or preferably eliminating such suffering. Some thinkers and movements have found tools, but this seems to be a continuous challenge to master.

Some thinkers say that by being only in the moment – and never thinking of your past – you can escape most suffering. They have a strong point (which I explore more in the theme “Own the Moment”), but I believe in using a multi-tool approach.

Another tool is to accept that change is the foundation of reality. A monk once explained: “We are all like a tree. We can make ourselves as beautiful and pleasant as possible. Some birds will stop and stay for a while. You never know for how long. Sometimes they leave, sometimes new ones come.” Just appreciate what you have at any time, and do not worry about change. Our brain is originally wired to resist change, but accepting it as normal and full of opportunities gives you way better conditions to thrive.

I strongly believe in giving your past a positive meaning. By searching for meaning, you will start seeing positive things that have happened due to your past. Sometimes I let «bad news» stay around for some time before I am able to discover the positive effect, but it normally shows up. Succeeding in establishing this routine effectively buries the past.

My wife has taught me another lesson. In case someone unconsciously and repeatedly does things to hurt you, her advice is to turn away from the poison. Just leave it alone, and seek other people and a different reality. In some rare cases, this might be necessary. Wish them well as you leave them—after all, they are doing their best.

Disappointment and judgment might be hard to put to rest, but it is possible. You can find strength to do so by understanding that every living thing acts to take as good care of itself as possible. They need to operate within their own reality, which might be very different from yours, and you are in no position to decide what the actual reality is. Big thinkers say that a person who judges others is not wise enough to understand their reality and their baggage. Accepting this picture gives you more tolerance for others believing and choosing differently than you would have done. Your mission is to avoid negative thoughts and enjoy your moment.

“Stop fighting the past. Start upgrading your response.”

How to Reflect?

  • Erase negative thinking: Work on understanding that negative thoughts are unnecessary and only hurt yourself. Turn on your analyzer, and if a negative thought is created — send it straight to the garbage where it belongs.

  • Find a deeper, positive meaning: It is possible and wise to find the growth and positive effects of challenging experiences — including the important ones from your past.

  • Embrace the possibilities of change: You will be much better off if you embrace change as a natural source of new opportunities — instead of fighting it.

  • Accept and be humble: People have different realities and different baggage. By respecting this and choosing to be curious and fascinated instead — you will avoid disappointment and judgment.

Ready to ditch Suffering for Joy?

Avoiding all negative thoughts is a huge relief, and offers a lighter and more Joyful Life. If you want to work on this important transformation, let’s have a conversation.

Own the Moment

Have you ever noticed that animals and small kids always seem to have no worries about the past or the future? They just enjoy the present moment.

I sometimes enjoy carving complicated things from wood. When I do this work with full concentration, I purely enjoy its beauty – and have no space for distracting thoughts.

Many years ago I had my worst holiday ever. 7 days in a foreign country with sunshine, beaches and my wife. When we arrived there, I was so tired from stress and recent work  – that I mainly only slept for the first half of the time. After sleeping for almost 4 days – I started thinking about all the things I had to do and build when getting home. This made me wide awake and not able to sleep the last 3 days. I was not present and enjoying the holiday at all. It was just a total waste of time, and I felt bad because my wife was frustrated.

Like most people nowadays – you probably also experience moments and days where your thoughts wander off into negative and unnecessary mind-spinning. It can ruin both moments and relationships. Would you like to get rid of these distractions?

My most vivid memories from life are moments of presence with excitement, pride, and care. I can remember every little detail from these moments – even if many of them happened a long time ago.

A snapshot from everyday life

Imagine you are given a “boring” task – like cutting a large lawn on a hot day. You have a choice in how you respond, and your choice dictates how you experience this moment.

You can react like many people do: Let your thoughts tell you that this is a total waste of time. You walk around feeling like a slave to the chore, frustrated, wishing you were anywhere else.

But what if you upgrade your response? You can choose to meet the exact same task with one of the three modalities of presence:

  • Acceptance: You might not love cutting the grass, but you accept that it needs to be done. By fully accepting it, the inner resistance dies. Peace returns.
  • Enjoyment: You connect with the moment. You enjoy the walking as a great workout, feel the sunshine, and appreciate the satisfying view of a neatly cut lawn.
  • Enthusiasm: You find a deeper purpose. You treat the mower with respect, take pride in mastering the task perfectly, and feel a surge of positive energy from creating something beautiful.

Both paths take the exact same amount of time. But in the first scenario, you let distractive thinking ruin your life for two hours. In the second, you choose to own your moment.

You might say that you would rather not mov the lawn and do something more fun, but that is another story. Life sometimes contains some “boring” moments. Mastering “fun” moments is easy. Mastering “boring moments” is the challenge to handle wisely.

Taking Ownership of Your Moments

Most of our time’s greatest thinkers agree that living in the moment is the cornerstone of a happy and fulfilling life. But what does it mean to be in the moment, and how can you fill the moment in the best possible way?

Eckhart Tolle wisely states that you should always aim to be neutral or higher in your internal energy. You reach neutral by just truly accepting the reality around you, and you rise by finding enjoyment and enthusiasm.

Here are the essential guidelines to master these states of mind:

  • Choose Acceptance: The key to accepting every moment is to understand that everybody is doing their best according to their life situation and their baggage. Ask yourself: Do you ever make decisions that you regard as stupid? The picture is the same for everybody.
  • Practice Gratitude: Gratitude is the tool that lifts you into enjoyment. By filling your heart with grace for everything good around you, you automatically start enjoying the moments. Exercise this every day, extend it to material things, and respect every living thing as a tiny miracle.
  • Follow Your Enthusiasm: To reach enthusiasm, spend time doing things that you love. In this state, time flies and distracting thoughts disappear. Do not accept spending your life on boring activities just because «that’s how life is.» How are you choosing today?
  • Protect Your Mindset: Choose what moments you let into your life. If you get worried by the news on TV, stop watching. If a close person is constantly frustrated, give that person healthy boundaries for what to talk about, or find more positive environments.

My personal extra touch to this theme is that I believe we can learn to put our love into everything we do, and by that, into every moment of our life. This is where true Magic is created. I dive much deeper into this inside my philosophical project: ToBeLove.Rocks.

Energy Awareness

Some years ago a top Harvard-brain-scientist (Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor) suffered a brain stroke in her left brain. She survived, but she had to function only with the right side of her brain for some months while the left side recovered gradually. Her experience of this period is stunning.

There were two major changes in her reality. Since the left side runs all logic like language, numbers, and the picture of one self as an important person – all of this disappeared. She was not able to speak or think about practical stuff, and she was no longer focused on her own ego.

Her right brain ran the show, and this side focuses on the feeling of being part of something great. A sense of unity with everything living and conscious. A profound feeling of gratitude and joy for being part of it all. Total inner peace and joy.

She gradually got her left brain working again, and she has written books and given interviews about her experience, and how she recommends others to move as much focus as possible from the left to the right brain. She has started to live half the year in nature with only plants and animals around her – avoiding stress and noise that radiates from most humans these days.

A snapshot from everyday life

You are caught in a giant traffic jam because of a car crash blocking the road. You probably need to wait at least one hour. Your original plan was to pick up your kid from school, and your partner is counting on you to make dinner by a specific time.

How do you focus your energy? Do you get stressed, angry, or frustrated? Or do you find peace and make sure you enjoy the time waiting?

A person spending most energy inside their left brain – will often find this situation troubling and suffer through the waiting. A person spending most energy inside their right brain will feel total inner peace, call their partner to handle the child and dinner, and do meditation or find a new friend and share a cup of coffee.

You might have a few tricks to learn: You can be the silence among all the noise, and you can be the unchangeable among all change.

Mastering Your Internal Energy

We often feel caught inside everyday struggles and all the worries of our Ego. At the same time, more and more people are searching for a deeper meaning. Many believe that we have a soul that survives our death, and that we somehow are connected to each other on a deeper level.

Meditation is a tool, and tests done on people who meditate clearly show that this activity cools down the activity of the left side of the brain, and increases activity in the right hemisphere. This gives a sensation of being present, inner peace, and makes it easier to use intuition. There are many different ways of meditating. Find the best method for yourself.

As you probably understand: Your level of positive energy is important for whether you are able to implement all the right ways of thinking. How can we gain more and better energy?

There are dedicated professionals working as teachers on how to control and use our energy. I have done the phenomenal course “Duality” by Jeffrey Allen on Mindvalley. Some of his teachings:

  • Create energy boundaries: Stop being an “emotional sponge” that absorbs other people’s negative energy (even from people trying to hurt you).
  • Clearing Belief Systems: Identify and delete the unconscious, artificial limitations that dictate what you can and cannot achieve.
  • Grounding and Replenishing: Create silence inside your head, and ground yourself to receive energy from your surroundings. Combined with a healthy diet and physical fitness, this elevates your daily energy level.
  • Intuition as a Decision Tool: By exploring your future alternatives inside your head and listening to your gut feeling, your inner energy tells you which choice is the right one.

If you search, you will find a lot of ways of gaining more energy. I want to mention one more – a 2000-year-old science from China: Feng Shui. This science describes optimal places in nature to build your home, and how to arrange your house and garden to attract and store as much positive energy as possible.

I once almost got burnt out at work. This taught me many lessons. The most important is to make sure you are properly activated – not too little, and not too much. Stress over time is a killer for your energy and your health. There are many ways of slowing down enough to remain mindful and strong in your energy. This boils down to what kind of lifestyle you choose.

“Unlock the Depth and Joy of Your Right-Brain.”

What is Real?

Your Inspiration is what drives you forward. Your sense of what is real, and thereby your true Purpose – determines your Inspiration. What is life all about? How would you compose your ultimate life? How do you get the warmest, biggest, and strongest heart possible?

Many of our greatest thinkers have pondered these questions. 2400 years ago – Platon created his “Allegory of the Cave” – telling that most humans are unable to see that they are slaves of society, and that they unknowingly see a fake reality presented by the system.

The movies about “Matrix” painted a similar picture. You can choose to be a part of the system – and have an ok life, or you can choose to break free and create an extraordinary life. Your choice!

I’ve seen documentaries of several famous people who have followed the “recipe” to make a lot of money, buy a huge house and several fancy cars. After reaching the promised top of the world – they realize they are lonely and feel unhappy. They start seeking spiritual and philosophical sources, and find Joy and Inner Peace.

There are tribes with native Indians in America – where their vocabulary does not contain a word for “selfishness”. When explained what the expression means – they acknowledge that in their history there have been a few examples of people acting like that. They were diagnosed as mentally sick, treated, and got back to a normal way of being.

A snapshot from everyday life

Imagine you woke up feeling heavy today. Your head is full of worries about the future, your job feels like a dead end, and you are trapped in that familiar, suffocating loop. As you are standing in a crowded, noisy line at the coffee shop, everything feels chaotic and pointless. You just want to hide away.

Then, you consciously shift your energy. You decide to ignore your own negative noise for a moment and look up. You choose to make genuine, kind eye contact with the exhausted barista and say: «I just want to say, I see how hard you are working today, and I really appreciate you.»

You visually see a light turn on in their eyes. A tired face instantly breaks into a wide, sincere smile. In that fraction of a second, your own darkness vanishes. You are no longer trapped; you have become a source of positive energy, and you feel instantly elevated and deeply grateful.

Reality can be Bent and Leveraged

We are born into invisible systems that quietly shape our lives. Most people drift through life completely unaware of this programming—and they might be perfectly content. But you have a different choice: You can wake up, break the script, and design a life more according to your desires.

From day one, society trains you to measure your worth by the size of your paycheck. But the world’s greatest minds offer a different truth: “Life is not about yourself at all. It is all about the lives you touch.” I challenge you to stop accepting default settings. It’s time to think outside the box.

Look around. A new generation is already breaking free. Young creators are building businesses online, funding a lifestyle that lets them explore the planet on their own terms. I spent 15 months living on the other side of the planet in my youth. Every time I think back in time – I feel like this year has filled 50 percent of all my memories, and I feel deep gratitude.

Others are taking a different path: slashing their working hours decades before retirement. This isn’t a pipe dream; it’s a conscious choice that unlocks the time you need for life-changing experiences. I did this, and I am now enjoying the sun and the smiles of beautiful Thailand.

It is in our DNA to follow the herd and use as little energy as possible. 95 percent of our thinking is a repetition of what we did yesterday. Most people agree that the older we get – the quicker time flies by without us noticing. Repeating yesterday is the reason. To break this pattern and create a path with change and new memories – you need to make conscious choices.

One major choice in life is whether to make children or not. Statistically, people without kids are happier, and for sure they save giant amounts of money and time that can be spent on exploring life in different directions.

Living as part of other cultures has been an eye-opening experience for me. You quickly see that all cultures are built on both good and bad beliefs of reality. By seeing several cultures – it becomes easy to adapt all the good beliefs, and delete the bad ones.

The last element is Spiritual Life. We have several big religions on this planet, and they all say different things. There are several philosophers – who also talk in different directions – and it is easy to see that no one knows the truth. It is though interesting to see a general trend towards believing that a deep sensation of Love and Care is the most common belief. Even Christianity now says that “God is Love, and Love is God”.

Modern and worldwide thinkers like Sadhguru say mainly the same message. My conclusion: “Love everyone and everything you choose to be around. This will elevate your experience no matter how you choose to live your life.”

“Kill Your Ego & Die Happy.”

How to Reflect?

  • Embrace Change: Use every shift or disruption in life as an opportunity to look for better ways of living.
  • Touch Lives: Make it your daily hobby to touch the life of someone every day. Attention and a smile are free to give, and you might enjoy it so much that it expands to many people.
  • Optimize Daily Life: Identify what parts of your current routine you can reduce or cut away entirely to free up time and capital for the things you truly desire.
  • Act on Dreams: If you have an unfulfilled dream or a deep desire, stop waiting. It is time to create a concrete plan and take action.
  • Reset Beliefs: It is time to throw away the limiting belief systems that no longer serve you, and actively explore new ones.

A Final Note

I sincerely hope you have found inspiration reading here. The next step is to implement new thinking and actions to ensure this inspiration turns into a real life that you can truly enjoy.

My goal was to give you practical tools for your daily life. I hope you succeed in deleting negative thoughts, fear, and distractions from the past. You deserve an improved reality where you believe in what you want, enjoy the moment, and thrive inside your new belief system.

Maybe you’ve even been inspired to change your focus from your ego to touching others’ lives.

Just remember that insight alone will not change your reality.

The 95 percent autopilot is a powerful force. Tomorrow, your brain will try to pull you right back into the comfort of yesterday. The systems around you will try to convince you to stay asleep.

The choice to change direction belongs entirely to you. You don’t need to wait for a crisis, and you don’t need to wait for a perfect moment. You just need to dare to take the first step. You can do it on your own, but it is also possible to get help along the way.

Your new reality starts the exact second you choose it.
