My Journey

Between military discipline, down-to-earth wisdom, and deep philosophical peace, I found the path to a free and meaningful life. Let’s discover yours.

Life definitely did not work out as planned for me. Despite great fortune with higher education and achievements, I have been down in the deepest valleys searching for light and meaning several times. Sometimes, it felt like life was hitting me on purpose.

Yet, these heavy moments became my greatest teachers. They taught me how to raise my focus, embrace chaos, and find better solutions. Because I have stood in the dark myself, I have learned to respect any human being in any situation – and I listen to your story with genuine, unfiltered care.

The Foundation: From Shyness to Discipline

My path has never been a straight line. Growing up on a farm, I was a shy and careful boy. I experienced the highs of being the class hero in primary school, and the lows of dropping down the social hierarchy in secondary school because I didn’t fit the typical mold of playing soccer or drinking alcohol. This early roller coaster made me highly observant of human nature and social structures.

Driven by a desire to explore, I left home for a 15-month agricultural exchange program in New Zealand and Australia. Living inside host-families, and meeting other youth from all over the world, provided an invaluable dose of down-to-earth wisdom and beautiful memories.

Returning home, I joined the Air Force for 10 years. The contrast was sharp, but I thrived in the structure, eventually graduating at the top of my class from both the Officer Training School and the Air Force Academy. These years made me more clear, unafraid, and sharp at making decisions.

The Ranch, Care, and the Heavy Cost

For me, the ability to care about other humans is sacred. I got married, and after the Military I established a ranch close to my relatives, seeking to give care to people in this beautiful place. I started a weekend-stay service for the Child Care System. For nearly 20 years, I provided a safe haven for children, expanded to multiple weekends a month, and fostered two siblings who became, and still are, my true children. Today, I am proud to watch my son drive my life project into the future.

But life also brought immense friction. Deep investments, combined with the financial pressure of a divorce, led me into years of being burned out. I had to learn the hard way to extend that sacred care to myself.

More painfully, my life was shaken by profound loss. Experiencing divorces, the fading away of my daughter, and losing both of my brothers to unfair actions forced me into deep existential reflection. It made me wonder about the human capacity to truly care, and it tested my ability to accept harsh realities and move forward.

The Philosophical Turning Point

I have always been a seeker. Even back in high school, my friends and I would spend hours discussing the big questions of life, realizing early on – that reality is always a subject of change and interpretation.

Years later, I read a book about an author diving deep into herself, realizing her core essence was pure Love. I took that exact same inner journey. Deep inside, I found that my own core essence as Care. Later, as an adult, I joined a group of philosophers to explore higher consciousness and the best possible ways to live.

The search for personal growth led me to join Mindvalley, where I completed courses in Energy Work and Visualization, as well as their Life Coach Education. Combined with my earlier university studies in Pedagogical Mentoring, I feel fully equipped to serve as your Clarity Guide. And perhaps surprising to you—it was actually during my years in the military that I truly learned to cry and share my deepest feelings. It was a profound and great experience.

I believe in «Family» in the widest sense of the word, including close friends. When we look deep inside others and recognize love, we see a reflection of ourselves and understand our common, universal ground.

A New Chapter of Peace

After my second divorce, I knew I needed a complete transition. I sought less work, a warmer climate, and the presence of Eastern philosophy and a more caring culture. This path led me to a Thai woman sharing my age and my exact degree of consciousness. Today, we are happily married, living in Udon Thani, Thailand. Life is very good here.

Every scar I carry, every summit I have climbed, and every philosophical truth I have integrated has prepared me for this moment. I don’t coach you from a textbook. I meet you as a fellow traveler who has navigated tough waters and landed safely. I only offer coaching a few hours per day. I do this activity because it gives me sincere joy to help others, and I know how much it can mean to get some help when you need it. I believe everybody benefits and enjoys help and care. With help – you reach further and higher in life.
